In a raw and emotional revelation that has stunned fans, Ray J has disclosed that his heart is functioning at just 25% capacity, with doctors reportedly giving him only months to live. The 45-year-old singer and reality star opened up about his dire health prognosis in a series of candid social media posts, blaming years of substance abuse for his current condition.

"I f---ed my heart up on the right side," Ray J confessed in a livestream, describing the damage as "black" and "like gun." He admitted to consuming "four or five bottles a day" of alcohol and taking "10 Addies" at once during the peak of his addiction, believing he was "indestructible." Now, he warns others: "Take care of yourselves, y'all."

The "Sexy Can I" artist was hospitalized earlier this month for pneumonia and severe chest pain, an episode he says nearly killed him. In an Instagram post, he credited prayers and family support for pulling him through, but his health remains precarious. "My heart's only beating, like, 25 percent," he stated, adding that he must "stay focused and stay on the right path" to survive.

Ray J's grim outlook was underscored when he declared in a clip: "2027 is definitely a wrap for me." When questioned, he insisted, "That's what the doctor said!" Despite the prognosis, he expressed gratitude for his support system, thanking his mom, sister Brandy, and dad for their help, and noting that Brandy has paid his bills for the rest of the year.

Reflecting on his choices, Ray J admitted, "I shouldn't have went this hard, bro." He has taken steps to secure his family's future, ensuring his estranged ex-wife Princess Love and their two children will be financially secure. "My baby mama gon' be straight, my kids gon' be straight," he said. "If they want to spend all the money, they can spend it, but I did my part here."

He has a follow-up doctor's appointment scheduled, with his parents set to take him. In a poignant moment, he requested, "burn me, don't bury me," as he faces his mortality.
