In a stunning display of vocal prowess, 18-year-old Marina—who was once cut from America's Got Talent at just 12 years old—just secured a jaw-dropping 3-chair turn on The Voice, marking one of the most dramatic comebacks in reality TV history.
"I could hear country in there," Kelly Clarkson said after Marina's performance, "but I could also hear other influences musically, which I think is really important. You were pitchy after we turned around, [but] I don't know if that's cause you got nervous."
Marina admitted it was indeed the nerves, revealing she's a commercial music major in Nashville and a huge fan of Clarkson's covers on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
"I think you have a killer voice," Clarkson declared, "and I would love to help you tackle those nerves, girl."
But Clarkson wasn't the only one fighting for the teen sensation. Adam Levine, John Legend, and Clarkson all slammed their buzzers in quick succession during her audition, creating an electric moment that had the studio buzzing.

Levine, visibly impressed, said, "The Blind Auditions are such a grueling process... It almost gets harder to really be able to identify what's truly great. And what's really nice is when you have a moment like listening to you. You absolutely know that what you're listening to is really special."
Legend added, "We heard your tone, and we heard the different parts of your voice, and it was really beautiful, and it was really tasteful, and it was really musical. And the fact that you’re doing all that at the age of 18 is just so impressive."
In a surprising twist, Marina chose to join Team Legend, despite Clarkson's passionate pitch. This decision came as Clarkson was announced the winner of the new Triple Chair Competition, earning a Super Steal for the Battle Rounds after tying with Levine for most 3-chair turns but winning on tiebreaker criteria.
Marina's journey from AGT rejection to Voice success story has already gone viral, with fans calling it "the ultimate redemption arc" and "proof that talent always finds its way."
The Voice airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
