EXCLUSIVE: Kristen Bell just dropped a truth bomb that's melting the internet's wildest salary rumors. The beloved voice of Anna in Disney's Frozen franchise has officially declared the viral $60 million paycheck reports as complete fiction.
While hosting the star-studded 2026 Actor Awards, Bell confronted the outrageous claim head-on when Entertainment Tonight asked about the rumored $60 million deal for Frozen 3 and Frozen 4. Her response? Five rapid-fire "no's" followed by a reality check.
"I think there's been a lot misreported about that Frozen deal," Bell revealed. "No, no, no, no, no that's somebody making a lot of things up. Didn't it sound absurd when you read it? When I read it, I was like, 'Woah, woah, what!'"

THE SALARY MYSTERY: While Bell didn't reveal her actual compensation, she confirmed she's "very well" paid for her role in the global phenomenon. "Am I happy to have that job and does it pay very well because it's a successful franchise? Yes," she admitted. "And I'm so grateful for it, and I will continue to do it for the rest of my life if they'll have me."
The $60 million rumor first exploded in November when TheWrap reported that Bell and co-stars Idina Menzel and Josh Gad each earned the astronomical sum for the two upcoming sequels - totaling a staggering $180 million for the trio.
FROZEN'S BILLION-DOLLAR EMPIRE: The franchise's success explains why salary speculation runs wild. The original 2013 film grossed $1.3 billion, won two Oscars, and turned "Let It Go" into a cultural anthem. Frozen 2 added another billion dollars, while theme park attractions, Broadway shows, and endless merchandise continue to mint money.

Disney CEO Bob Iger has confirmed Frozen 3 will hit theaters November 24, 2027, with Frozen 4 already in development. "Frozen 3 is in the works and there might be a Frozen 4 in the works, too," Iger revealed in 2023.
In a hilarious twist, Bell shared that her own children keep her grounded about the franchise's success. "They certainly appreciate it in the fact that they can go to college because of it, but they're not part of the Frozen phenomenon," she quipped in 2024. "Kids are meant to make you feel grounded, and they're meant to reject things that their parents are involved in."
