EXCLUSIVE: The "Pawn Stars" family drama just got real—and it's life-or-death. Corey "Big Hoss" Harrison, 42, is fighting for survival after a brutal motorcycle crash left him with 11 fractured ribs, a punctured lung, and internal bleeding. But the real shocker? His famous dad Rick claims he's already covered the medical bills, while Corey's friends say he was forced to check out of a Mexican hospital "against medical advice" because he couldn't afford it.
According to a gut-wrenching GoFundMe page started by friend Aron Chambers, Corey spent 14 days in a Playa del Carmen hospital before "the financial pressure became too much." He fled to Tulum, where his oxygen levels "plummeted to dangerously low levels." In a moment that "shook all of us to our core," Corey allegedly told friends, "I'm just going to die out here. I don't have the money to keep paying these people."

Friends then drove him four hours to a cheaper facility in Merida, where he spent another 18 days. Now, three months behind on rent and drowning in medical debt, Corey launched a GoFundMe that's sparked a public family rift. Rick Harrison told TMZ he paid his son's bills, but Corey fired back: "If he decided I don't have to pay him back, then happy birthday to me. But based on our personal and business relationship, I don't see how that's possible."

The fundraiser's goal was slashed from $100,000 to $18,000, with only $7,596 raised so far. Corey, who turns 43 on April 27, insists he "loves his father very much" but the situation reveals a heartbreaking reality: even reality TV stars aren't immune to America's healthcare crisis. As one fan commented, "This is why we need universal healthcare—not GoFundMe."
